Refund Policy

At MR GUNZ Firearms, customer satisfaction is important to us; however, due to the nature of firearms sales and federal regulations, most sales are final.

Firearms:

• All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to the purchaser.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect firearms prior to completing the transfer.
• Used and consignment firearms are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.

Online Orders:

• Orders cancelled prior to shipment may be subject to processing, credit card, and restocking fees.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Accessories & Merchandise:

• Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis for new, unused merchandise returned in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
• Special order items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Any item received damaged or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• MR GUNZ Firearms will work with the customer to resolve verified shipping or fulfillment errors.

MR GUNZ Firearms reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
