This customized Ruger Mark IV 22/45 combines Ruger’s popular rimfire pistol platform with an Anechoic Pipsqueak suppressor, creating a lightweight, streamlined suppressed .22 LR configuration.

The Mark IV 22/45 pairs the proven Mark IV action with a polymer grip frame designed around the familiar grip angle and control layout of a 1911-style pistol. This example features a black finish, threaded barrel, adjustable sights and a silver Picatinny-style optics rail, providing a versatile foundation for a compact suppressed build.

Mounted to the threaded barrel is the Anechoic Pipsqueak, an ultra-lightweight .22-caliber suppressor constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum. Its compact profile and low weight make it particularly well suited to a rimfire handgun, minimizing additional weight at the muzzle while giving the pistol a distinctive suppressed configuration. The machined silver finish of the Pipsqueak also provides a striking contrast against the black Ruger.
