Consignment Terms

1. Consignment rate is 15% of the final sale price.
2. Items will be listed for a minimum of 30 days.
3. MrGunz Firearms will photograph, list, and market all consignment items.
4. Consignment items are stored securely on premises.
5. The consignor may retrieve their item at any time with 24-hour notice.
6. Payment is issued within 5 business days of completed sale.

Transfer Policy

1. Standard FFL transfer fee: $50 per firearm.
2. NFA transfer fee: $100 per item.
3. Valid government-issued photo ID required for all transfers.
4. All transfers subject to federal and state background check requirements.
5. Items must be picked up within 30 days of arrival or additional storage fees may apply.

General Policies

1. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
2. All firearms sold in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
4. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Safety

All customers must follow safe firearm handling practices while on premises. Treat all firearms as if they are loaded. Always point in a safe direction. Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot. Know your target and what is beyond it.
